Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy Payment is due only after services are completed and you are fully satisfied with the results. If you are not home during your scheduled service, we will provide photo and video confirmation of the completed work. Payment will then be required within 2 hours of completion. A $10 late fee will be added if payment is not received within that timeframe. We remain in the area briefly after completion to ensure everything meets your expectations. Tipping is never required, but always appreciated. We proudly do not charge for supplies or travel—only for the time and quality of our services. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To respect our time and other clients, we require at least 24 hours notice for any changes. • Rescheduling: A fee equal to 30% of your service total will be applied to your rescheduled appointment to secure your new booking. • Cancellations: A 25% non-refundable fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. ⸻ Pets Pe
